  • Assure timely and accurate salary administration, including payroll, bonus processing, social insurance handling, tax handling.
  • Advice employees on personnel issue, including C&B and policy explanation, proof letter preparation.
  • Control & make sure the precise of payroll monthly.
  • Follow & update monthly Insurance report: increase, decrease headcount, salary and position changing.
  • Support on the insurances policy and procedure establishment and improvement.
  • Complete monthly PIT declaration for employees.
  • Advice employees on personnel issue, including Tax, PIT….
  • Complete the employee’s profile for grand personal tax code, deduction for family circumstance, PIT registration.
  • Prepare internal report (costing report, Headcount report, OT alert…), and external report (if need).
  • Manage monthly HR reports.
  • Participate in HR policy, salary and procedure establishment and improvement.
  • Join in yearly salary frame, salary review, do the market survey
  • Making monthly Insurance report: increase, decrease headcount, salary and position changing.
